电话响起，方强拿起听筒，那边是老同学老五极富感染力的骂娘声。
“妈的，傻X飞机晚点了！我刚出飞机场，正在打车去酒店，安顿好就去找你。现在五点，到那能赶上走秀吗？”
还没轮到方强答话，电话那头已经自己作答，“算了，我现在直接过去找你，晚上回来再去酒店。”
放下电话，想着这小子气急败坏的样子，他笑得肚子都痛了。
方强完全理解这种气急败坏。
欺上瞒下，公然旷工；顶着老婆查岗的压力，编出弱智的出差理由；忍痛买全价机票飞来G城省城，次日还得屁颠屁颠赶回去――就只为了这么一个晚上，而且，当然绝不是为了找老同学聚会而已。该死的航空公司，几乎使这一切都白忙活。
老五远在华东，非要这样千里奔袭，只是因为收到了一条短信，内容如下：卅城新开五星XX酒店，欧美风情东北韵味，奔驰车模气质文员，94女儿红，大型T台秀。特别推介上海XX学院32位***正式挂牌。
此类短信并不陌生，尤其是对那些手机号码比较“阳亢”的朋友来说。人们通常将其归为“垃圾短信”而果断删除――当然，内容带劲儿的，还会乐滋滋地回味一会儿。不过，对于这条短信的含金量，老五却毫不怀疑。方强也不怀疑。只因为它来自卅城。
很少人会无缘无故收到来自卅城的邀请，同样，收信者也很少怀疑其真实性。事实上，全国哪里的色情短信你都可以怀疑，唯独来自卅城的，你大可相信。
这就是信誉。
半个小时，这厮已经到了楼下，方强不敢相信，拿着枪低着的士司机的脑袋也就这么快了吧。他开车出去，老五还没坐稳，就指着手机短信里附带的详细行车路线，说：“走吧，一个小时应该能到。”
因为生活在卅城的“一小时生活圈”，方强这些年经常“被聚会”，频率甚至比读书时还要高，他找到了学生时代没有体会到的集体感。
从这个意义上说，方强觉得自己跟中国制造业一样，都挺感激卅城的。
上路后，两人一边闲扯，以便展望未来几小时的美丽时光。请人吃饭，不如请人洗澡，这话精辟啊。
车窗外，南方的夜晚姗姗来迟。
